Quality Control

At China Loong Bicycle Co., Ltd., quality control is integrated throughout the manufacturing process to support consistent performance, reliable fit, and dependable delivery for international bicycle and component customers. Our product range includes city, road, mountain, electric, folding, cargo, BMX, cruiser, touring, gravel, track, hybrid, fat tire, kids’, youth, men’s, and women’s bicycles, as well as nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories. Each product is reviewed according to its intended use, technical requirements, and agreed specifications.

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and purchased components are checked before they enter production. Our inspection activities may include verification of dimensions, surface condition, material appearance, model information, and quantity against purchasing and product requirements.

• Frame, fork, handlebar, rim, and other structural components are reviewed for visible defects, correct specifications, and suitable finish.
• Braking, shifting, drivetrain, wheel, lighting, and electric bicycle components are checked according to applicable product requirements.
• Packaging materials, labels, cable ties, and wiring accessories are verified for correct type, appearance, and order details.

Materials that do not meet the applicable requirements are identified and handled through the appropriate internal review process before further use.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during assembly and production to help maintain consistency from one operation to the next. Key processes are reviewed according to internal inspection standards and the specifications established for each product.

• Frame and component assembly is checked for correct positioning, alignment, fastening, and compatibility.
• Wheel installation, brake adjustment, gear shifting, chain routing, and handlebar alignment are reviewed during assembly.
• Electric bicycle connections, battery installation, control components, and wiring are checked with attention to secure fitting and correct routing.
• Surface finishes, paint coverage, welding appearance, and component protection are monitored to support a consistent final appearance.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before products are released for packing, finished bicycles and accessories undergo a final inspection based on the order requirements and product specifications. The inspection focuses on appearance, assembly quality, dimensions, function, and overall readiness for shipment.

• Completed bicycles are checked for frame and fork alignment, wheel rotation, braking response, shifting operation, fastening condition, and overall assembly.
• Electric bicycles are reviewed for installation quality and basic functional performance subject to the product configuration.
• Folding, cargo, BMX, mountain, road, cruiser, and other specialized bicycle designs are assessed with attention to their specific structures and intended applications.
• Nylon cable ties, stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories are checked for appearance, dimensions, closure or fastening performance, and packaging requirements where applicable.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging and pre-shipment inspections help protect products during transportation and reduce the risk of order discrepancies. Before dispatch, the finished goods and shipping documents are reviewed against the confirmed order details.

• Product models, colors, sizes, quantities, accessories, and labels are checked for consistency with the order.
• Bicycles are protected at vulnerable contact points, and packaging is reviewed for secure placement and suitable transport protection.
• Carton markings, shipping labels, packing lists, and other required documentation are verified before shipment.
• Finished cartons are inspected for visible damage, correct identification, and proper sealing.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Quality information from inspections, production activities, customer feedback, and delivery reviews is used to identify potential causes of problems and improvement opportunities. When an issue is found, the responsible teams evaluate the condition, define appropriate corrective actions, and follow up according to the nature of the issue.
